Raiders Fall at Palm Beach State

LAKE WORTH, Fla. – No. 22 Northwest Florida men's basketball fell in a tight affair, 71-66, at Palm Beach State on Friday. 

The Raiders (4-1) ledd by as many as seven in the first half and took a 35-34 lead into the locker room at halftime. Palm Beach State (5-2) took the lead around the 16-minute mark in the second half and extended it to seven before NWF closed the gap, however the Raiders couldn't erase the deficit.

Seth Millner paced Northwest Florida scoring 19 points on 8-of-18 shooting to go along with 11 rebounds. Shakwon Barrett scored 12 points and Anthony Mason added 10 points and six rebounds.

The Raiders wrap up the three-game road trip on Sunday with a noon tip at ASA College Miami.
