NWF Baseball to Host Coastal Alabama – South Saturday
NICEVILLE, Fla. – After Friday's scheduled game was cancelled, Ninth-ranked Northwest Florida baseball is set to host Coastal Alabama – South Saturday at the Raider Baseball Complex with first pitch set for 12 p.m.
The Raiders (8-3) have won six of their last seven games riding several solid pitching performances to victory. As a team, Northwest Florida pitchers have posted a .212 batting average against, 18th-best in the country. Dylan DeLucia and Beck Way have combined to allow just one run over 31 innings of work.
Offensively, the Raiders rank 19th in the NJCAA with 24 doubles led by Nic Nolan and Noah Bailey with four each. Bailey paces the squad slugging .594 and has reached base at a .462 clip across 11 games played.
