After a slow start and being in a 5-0 hole early in the game, the Raiders finally got their bats going and were able to mount an amazing comeback. NWF was finally able to get on the board in the bottom of the sixth thanks to capitalizing on some timely walks and inopportune pitching from the Indians.
Headed into the bottom of the ninth, the Raiders trailed by 1 run and were still building their momentum with the top of the order due up. After a Hunter Tackett double and the Indians getting 2 successful outs, catcher Handsome Monica delivered a home run over the left field fence to successfully steal the win for the Raiders, giving the Indians a taste of their own medicine after they rallied in the previous meeting.
Starter Corderias Dorsey lasted 6 innings giving up 6 earned runs from 8 hits. The Raiders relied on their pitching staff for the remainder of the game as relievers Eric Orze, Brayson Smith, and Cameron Sanders each handled an inning, with Orze allowing the other run and Sanders earning the win.
